September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. If you or someone you know needs emotional support, call or text 988. Feel Free Friday is a recreational wellness experience and is not a substitute for therapy or crisis care.


Must be at least 14 years old to participate. Guests ages 14–15 must participate with a paying adult.

Effective Immediately

The minimum age to participate in smash sessions will be 14 years old.

Here’s why:


For younger kids, especially ages 12–13, the experience can be a lot.


The noise, the intensity, and the physical effort it takes to break things can feel overwhelming instead of enjoyable.


We’ve also had parents share concerns about safety for younger participants, and we take that seriously.


So this change helps us make sure that when you come in, you’re actually able to enjoy the experience, not feel intimidated by it.


If you’re 14 or 15, you’re still welcome, you’ll just need a parent or guardian in the room with you.


If you’re under 14, you won’t be able to participate. No exceptions.
