Founded by a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Smash RX was created with a deep understanding of stress, burnout, and the real pressures today’s workforce faces, and how critical it is to address them in effective, practical ways.

We take pride in crafting seamless, memorable corporate experiences. To give our team time to prepare and customize your event, we require corporate bookings to be made at least 21 days in advance. This allows us to tailor every detail from session flow to smash item selection to meet your team’s unique needs.

⚠️ Important Scheduling Policy
Corporate Wellness and Team Building events at Smash RX are exclusively scheduled on Thursdays after 3:00 PM. Requests for other days or times cannot be accommodated. Please note: Calls or emails without a completed booking form will only delay the process and cannot secure your event.


Once your form is received, our team will review your request and follow up within 48-hours of submission of your booking form.
